If you are planning for a long train journey or a short trip, do not forget to Order Online Khana. The menu offers wide range of Indian and international cuisines. From cheesy pizza, to juicy burger, scrumptious mughlai biryani to authentic south Indian food, the list is endless because IRCTC Ecatering has partnered with more than 500 restaurants and vendors. Passengers can bite into delicious food while travelling on wheels. Simply use the app on your smartphone and your favourite food will be served on your train berth. All you have to do is just download the app on your iOS or Android devices. Just log on to the app and enter your 10 digit PNR Number which appears on the top left corner of your ticket, and the list of stations shall appear. Once you choose your station, the list of vendors menu along with their prices appear. Select your preferred dish from your most liked restaurant and choose a secured payment gateway from Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, Paytm, BHIM, UPI or COD. Once the payment is confirmed the preparation of the meal begins and it gets delivered on the very next station.

You can track the Online Food Delivery on Train via app. If you are travelling through Rajdhani or Shatabadi, you can avail this facility very conveniently. All the passengers who have valid reserved tickets either through internet or from reservation window can avail the benefits of Ecatering App. If the passenger thinks that the ticket is on waiting list they can place their order via phone call or SMS and as the ticket gets confirmed you will be informed about the preparation of the meal. The facility of COD is available only when you are placing an order through phone call or SMS, but if you are placing an order through Website or Mobile App then there are various payment options. If you want to cancel your order or want a refund or if by any chance the food is not delivered, you can lodge a complaint through email. The website and app are specially designed for the ease of passengers and the user friendly data displays the meal fare break up. The rates of the meals are available on the app and website.
