  1. Choose your mode of ordering – Call, Website or App.
  2. Enter your 10-digit PNR number and the app will fetch details like train name, station name and passenger details.
  3. Choose a station where you wish to get your favorite meal delivered.
  4. Choose the available restaurant from which you would want your meal to be delivered at your train berth.
  5. Pick the meal of your choice.
  6. Make payments through prepaid (online payment) & Cash on Delivery (COD)
  7. Calmly wait for your chosen meal/dish to be delivered at your train seat.
  8. Our expert team is always available to assist you if there is any query related to placement of order, payment modes and tracking order.
  9. Incase you order via call, then upon successful ordering of food, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with OTP (One Time Password). The food delivery agent will confirm the OTP at the time of delivery.
